Contentsquare's Digital Experience Analytics delves deeper into individual user sessions to find and fix technical issues (such as errors or site performance) that may be causing friction or user behaviors that indicate frustration (rage clicks, for example) so you can better understand why users are struggling.
On one hand, you have the complete user journey and the ability to identify key moments; on the other, a detailed view of what is working and what isn't in those moments. Having access to both approaches offers capabilities the world has never seen in a single integrated toolkit. Together, our complementary technologies will benefit our customers with an unprecedented 360-degree view of the entire customer journey, from acquisition to conversion to retention, along with detailed insights into each step of the journey.
